“SERENITY” by Rebekah McLain

Serenity is from Latin serenus, meaning "calm or peaceful", plus the English suffix -ity, meaning "quality or state of". Definitions of serenity: the absence of mental stress of anxiety. These three struck me as being in just such a place and I felt it even more as I worked on this piece.
