A la Brocante, At the Flea Market — Have always enjoyed these scattered-item paintings, I've been calling them Controlled Chaos because that is how they begin. Chaos of items tossed down then moved around until I find a rhythm. Most of these items are remnants from teaching in my food-photography days. I enjoy painting vintage items capturing the patina of everyday life.
